Health & Wellness
We all need balance in our lives. Feeling good about ourselves helps us enjoy life, helps us help others enjoy life. When we are happy, we work together to make NCM a better place. All of us also experience not-so-good days. When that happens, connect with people who support and care for you- and as always, Counselors are here to help in any way possible.
Here are some tools to help remind you of the importance of mental health and well-being.

SUHSD Virtual Wellness Room
It's Never Too Early to Think About Your Future.
What high school will you be attending? What do you plan to do after that? College? Now that you know your strengths, what are some jobs or careers you can use those strengths in?

Your strengths do not determine what careers to look into, but they can help you be successful in the job you choose. California Colleges can help you with your planning.
